CORONAVIRUS IMPACT UPDATE
Following all Government advice we have put in place a number of measures with the hope we can continue to provide fresh smelling spaces to our customers, as long as it remains permitted and safe to do so.
We will continue to keep close to the latest government advice.

Impact on our daily operations
Because we’re an independent small business who specialise in a small-batch manufacturing process, our physical operations are largely unaffected. We continue to work from our home-based workshop in Cheshire and run all online activities from home or a shared office space (when lockdown restrictions allow).
Impact on our supply chain
Our supply chain has been somewhat affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Many shipments of our regular supplies, such as essential oils from Asia, Brazil and Europe, are delayed. Paired with the impact of Brexit on border crossings, this may mean that some of our products are out of stock until new supplies arrive. At the time of writing, there are no products currently out of stock.
Impact on deliveries and returns
Since the pandemic began, there has been a huge shift towards online shopping. As a result, courier companies are working at full capacity and many are unable to guarantee express deliveries and are facing delays to their normal service.
We have also taken steps to reduce our exposure to courier drop-off locations and person-to-person collections. As such, we have reduced the frequency of dispatch dates to once per week. This often means your delivery slot is unaffected, however please allow a couple of extra days to our usual 3-5 working day delivery goal. Please get in touch if you have not received your delivery after 7 working days.
Given these delivery issues that everyone is facing, we have extended our returns window to 60 days to provide our customers with extra time to safely return damaged or unwanted goods to us
